Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product you have received, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return the item for a refund less postage costs.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

We understand that sometimes you may order the incorrect size, although we strongly advise taking measurements prior to ordering. If you do order the incorrect size we can offer an exchange in the form of a store credit to the order value less the shipping costs to re-order the correct size. Please note you will also be responsible for covering the return postage to send the item back to us.

Please include a note within the box with your contact details & order number.

Once received one of our team members will process the return within 1-2 business days and email your store credit or refund confirmation.
